What was the highlight of Hotel Alpha Sorrento
A very nice hotel close to Sorrento with amazing staff
wonderful staff who would help us with anything we needed, They really went beyond expectations when we had trouble with our rental car. Room itself was on the bigger side and the pool area was lovely.
I thought the room would be more luxourius since it costed a lot of money but the bed was comfortable and the staff lovely so it made up for it. I missed prosecco during breakfast :)

I wholeheartedly recommend the Alpha Hotel to anyone!
Our journey from Naples to Sorrento took an unfortunate turn when I injured my knee on the ferry. Despite the setback, I was incredibly fortunate to encounter the kindness and compassion of the Italian people. I am deeply grateful to the staff at the Alpha Hotel, particularly Lady Carmela (I apologize if I've misremembered the name), for their exceptional care and support. They went above and beyond to assist me and my son during a challenging time. When I was unable to walk, they arranged my visit to the local hospital and ensured my son was well-cared for while I stayed there. Despite the lack of orthopedic specialists at the local hospital, Lady Carmela diligently found a qualified doctor who visited the hotel to assess my injury and provide me with a reliable knee brace. Every member of the hotel staff was incredibly supportive and accommodating, making us feel truly welcome and part of their family. I have stayed in numerous hotels, but never have I experienced such warmth, hospitality, and genuine care. From the bottom of my heart, I thank everyone at the Alpha Hotel for their kindness and generosity!

We wish we could have stayed longer!
All members of staff were excellent - from housekeepers, receptionists and restaurant staff. We felt very welcome and the level of service was wonderful. The food was of the highest standard and there was a good range of options. The pool and grounds were very beautiful.
We had a very beautiful triple room. One negative was that one of the beds was under the wall mounted television - it felt like a double room with an extra bed shoved in.

Wonderful
It was a brilliant stay, the location was brilliant - only 30mins beautiful walk to Sorrento, the breakfast was delicious and there were fruit trees growing round the property.
The best was slightly harder than I would like but that I all I can say and it wasn't solid by any standards, I just like them soft
